Bingo!

Few weeks ago, by chance I went to play bingo with Cherry and some friends in a casino-like place. If you were just standing outside the building, it is difficult to imagine how big it is inside and how many people spend their day inside. Like the lady sitting around, she brought all sort of food and drinks with her, preparing for "battle" whole day.

This morning, when I was preparing my lunch and dinner meal boxes, I suddenly realised how similar the bingo lady and I were. The only difference is that I came for working in the office whole day and she went for playing bingo whole day. Both of us are waiting for the moment to win the big prize, whether it is a full bingo or nice research.

Run with River Thames

已經一段時間了，在搬來之後，沒有好好享受跑步的滋味。

跑步這種事，一旦暫停，就會常常幫自己找理由去逃避它：工作很忙、搬家很忙 ...
等到驀然回首，才發現自己錯過了多少陽光，冬天正悄悄地降臨了。

只是，最近突然有一種不跑就要爆炸的感覺...


邀了Elvis一起跑，那個曾經是憲兵的男人。

一旦開始，就知道停不住了。我，還是這麼熱愛跑步的啊。內心的激動，帶動著雙腳的不斷抬伸；是一種解放的感覺，心靈獲得了救贖。

原本預期的體力不支，沒有發生；呼吸異常順暢、腳步相當輕鬆；許久沒跑的哀怨被不斷釋放，因為偷懶而生的罪惡感逐漸煙消雲散。

時而看看停在River Thames上動都不動的船隻們；時而看看Chelsea embankment旁華麗的房子們；時而向迎面走來、牽著手的老夫婦點頭；時而對聽著iPod的跑者報以相互鼓勵的微笑。

我，還是這麼熱愛跑步的啊。
